★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No recomiendo esta empresa. Le venden a uno un tour y uno ya en el tour y le dicen que no incluye lo que le vendieron. Se le comenta al guía (Eloy) y de forma grosera le responde a uno y cada uno (el vendedor y el guía) dice que no tiene nada que ver con ellos. El "guía" solo en un lugar contó una historia y ya. El que trabaja en realidad es el conductor. Al la salida de Cancún lo hacen cambiar de bus a otro no tan cómodo como en el que lo recogen a uno.
I do not recommend this company. They sell one a tour and one already on the tour and they say it does not include what they sold. The guide (Eloy) is commented and rudely responds to one and each one (the seller and the guide) says that it has nothing to do with them. The "guide" only in one place told a story and that's it. The one who really works is the driver. When leaving Cancun they change the bus to another not as comfortable as the one they pick up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No recomiendo esta empresa, una basura a la hora de la transportación nos mintieron diciendo que teníamos que salir antes de los parques para evitar tráfico pero la realidad es para hacer más paradas, por está mentira el recorrido de 2 horas se convirtió en 4 horas
I do not recommend this company, a garbage at the time of transportation they lied to us saying that we had to leave the parks before to avoid traffic but the reality is to make more stops, for this lie the 2-hour tour became 4 hours

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company was stationed at our hotel selling tours and excursions. They do not arrange transportation well. On one of our tours our transportation never showed, and we almost missed our catamaran. They overcharge you for everything. Go elsewhere
