★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked this for our roundtrip thru AA vacations. Arrived and could not find the BD experience rep.For the price we paid, would have been cheaper and much less hassle for taxi. When we found the rep after 20 mins they did not have us on the list. Waited another 20 mins while they verified our info and helping another couple same situation. Then they stuck us on a van with 11 people. Waited 15 more mins for 1 more person. Pay the money if there are 2 of you and take a taxi cab if your only choice is this company. Cheaper, less hassle, and you don't have multiple stops in a hot crowded van.
