★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te hacen descuento en la membresía con la tarjeta de crédito pero te obligan ha permanecer un año sin poder cancelar y donde me robaron mi celular en las bicicletas fijas me prometió ayudarme el contador con las cámaras de video para saber quién lo robo y dónde me dijo que no se vio nada, si hay cámaras en todos lados, cuiden mucho sus cosas ya que no te ayudan nada!!!

El personal de "entrenadores" que la mayorías son hombres, solo están atentos a las necesidades de las señoritas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El concepto de este club y precio son buenos, pero el personal debería mejorar su servicio al cliente. Las clases de natación en ciertas horas se llena mucho, antes podías agendar cita pero quitaron esa opción y en ocasiones habemos 3 o 4 personas por carril, limitando tu rutina porque no cabemos y ha habido golpes accidentalmente por lo mismo. No deberían dejar entrar a mas de 12 personas a la alberca ni tampoco a quienes lleguen a la mitad de la clase y sin el uniforme completo, gorra, traje de baño y gogles. Organicen mejor sus clases de natación!
The concept of this club and price are good, but the staff should improve their customer service. Swimming classes at certain times get very crowded, before you could make an appointment but they removed that option and sometimes we have 3 or 4 people per lane, limiting your routine because we cannot fit and there have been accidental blows for the same. They should not allow more than 12 people to enter the pool or those who arrive in the middle of the class and without the full uniform, cap, swimsuit and goggles. Better organize your swimming lessons!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi opinión es respecto a los cursos de verano, mi hija lleva 6 años seguidos asistiendo a estos. En general son buenos, aunque siempre hay algunos incidentes con la logística pero nada fuera de lo ordinario. He visto que muchos papás se quejan y dicen que se han ido a quejar y no les resuelven pero en mi caso no ha pasado nada grave, regularmente siempre avisan si hay un cambio en los horarios de las actividades o si se cancela alguna o los requisitos de para salir a visitar empresas como gansito, prit, bimbo, Carlos V, barcel y a las funciones de cine. Si creo que ha mejorado pero aún hace falta un poco más. El curso de verano esta muy bien los niños se la pasan muy bien, hacen buenas amistades y se la pasan bien. El curso incluye natación, actividades manuales, tirolesa (pequeña) salidas al cine, salidas a empresas, ballet, zumba, hip Hop, danza árabe, entre otras.

Yes I think it has improved but a little more is still needed. The summer course is very good, the children have a great time, they make good friends and have a good time. The course includes swimming, manual activities, zip line (small) trips to the movies, company trips, ballet, Zumba, hip Hop, Arabic dance, among others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atención al cliente, el entrenador de natación Edgar, tiene una total apatia, no le interesa dar clases, solo quiere platicar o estar en el celular, la temperatura del agua en muchas ocasiones estuvo fría en temporada de frío!!
Pagas por los servicios de un club completo, pero tardaron mucho en volver a abrir en domingo y poner el vapor a pesar de estar en semaforo verde.
Máquinas sin mantenimiento, mancuernas insuficientes, por la tarde sin entrenador de gym y el que esta en la mañana practicamente solo quiere mandarte tu rutina y no tiene tiempo de atender a tus dudas.
