★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CORRUPCIÓN INMOBILIARIA AL AMPARO DEL PODER POLÍTICO, así es como se puede definir esta mole antiestética, lo que para unos cuantos, los que compraron un departamento valiendoles un cacahuate los antecedentes del proyecto y sin empatía alguna por los afectados, es un "paraíso con bellas vistas panorámicas" para otros, nosotros los que hemos vivido toda nuestra existencia aquí en Villa Panamericana, la unidad habitacional que está a espaldas de ese "monstruo", ha significado deterioro en nuestra calidad de vida, desde una disminución en el valor de nuestras propiedades, mayor tráfico en la zona, hasta una mayor disminución en el suministro de agua, si de por sí ya teníamos problemas con el agua desde que empezó a funcionar este condominio éstos se acentuaron más, así como conductas que rayan en el vandalismo, varios de mis vecinos se quejan de desde estas torres arrojan hasta latas de cerveza vacías y otra clase de basura desde los balcones hacia sus vehículos en el estacionamiento de Rinconada de la Fauna; CORRUPCIÓN INMOBILIARIA porque antes los permisos de construcción solo se otorgaban a proyectos de no más de 9 o 10 pisos, pero llegó a la jefatura delegacional el hoy prófugo de la justicia Mauricio Toledo y se autorizó esta obra con más de 10 pisos, tiene alrededor de 40 o 50 niveles, incluyendo el de Céfiro n° 120, otra obra ilegal cercana a ésta. Es una pena que los intereses económicos de B Grand hayan prevalecido a costa del bienestar de muchos, es por esta y otras razones más que me iré a vivir a otro estado.
