★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a bad experience here. The staff is very incompetent, poorly trained, and lack the basic skills for the job. The apartment is not luxury by any standard. And the security is not good. (bunch of clowns really)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are not about customer service. I wanted a 2 bedroom, but they gave me a 1 bedroom. It was paid by a 3rd party (who I paid), and even though the reservation had been made less than 24 hours before I realized that it was a bad fit for me, they would not give a refund.
I had to rent another apartment elsewhere in the city.
They do not care if you are satisfied, and they won’t do cancellations even if you do it quickly. They really just want your money.
Don’t deal with them.
