★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hay el proyecto enorme y ruidoso justo pegado detrás del edificio del hotel. Hacen ruido a partir de las 8 am hasta 7 pm, el sábado de 8 am hasta 2 pm. Falta insonorización.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En efecto hay una construcción enorme detrás de Be Mate y no puedes descansar o trabajar. Lo peor es que reservas y te avisan por correo de la construcción una vez que se cumple el plazo para que si cancelas la reserva te cobren una noche, muy mañosos.
Si viajas por trabajo, mucho cuidado: su facturación es un fraude, ya que usan la clave del SAT 80131502: Arrendamiento de instalaciones comerciales o industriales, por lo que para comprobación de viáticos de hospedaje no es muy útil una factura con concepto de bodega comercial. Su atención a cliente, pésima: yo llamé previo a reservar para comprobar que pudieran facturar con Impuesto sobre Hospedaje cuando les señalé el error en la factura me comentaron que yo nunca pregunté eso, cuando es algo que por trabajo siempre pregunto porque si no lo hago el reembolso en mi empleo se imposibilita.
Si bien sus habitaciones son buenas, las dos experiencias anteriores hacen que no me den ganas de hospedarme ahí de nuevo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un lugar fantástico para descansar. La habitación muy cómoda y amplia. La ubicación es perfecta para disfrutar de la zona de La Condesa. El trato de Vianey muy bueno, nos ha facilitado la estancia en todo momento.
La zona es muy tranquila. Hay obras al lado pero nosotros madrugábamos para conocer la ciudad y no nos han supuesto un problema de ruido. Se descansa fenomenal.
A fantastic place to rest. The room very comfortable and spacious. The location is perfect to enjoy the La Condesa area. Vianey's very good treatment, has made our stay easy at all times.
The area is very quiet. There are works next door but we got up early to get to know the city and we have not had a problem with noise. He rests great.
