Hoy seguiremos nuestro oktoberfest tour Alemania y nos subiremos al autobús para embarcarnos en nuestra gran aventura. Este día, salimos temprano de Madrid y ir en la dirección de París. Pero antes tenemos una parada en una de las ciudades más bonitas del norte de España – San Sebastián. Aquí tendremos un paseo por la ciudad y ver una de las fachadas barrocas más delicadas en Europa – la Catedral del Buen Pastor. También puedes descubrir las calles de la ciudad vieja y después tendremos tiempo libre para comer (¡recomendemos Pintxos!) antes de subir nuestro bus otra vez para ir a París y continuar nuestro Europa viaje en octubre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow! What a beautiful experience. We did a group of 3 hot air balloon ride over Teotihuacán. We were picked up and dropped off promptly. Were greeted with coffee and pastries. And had a champagne toast after riding the balloon. Everyone was extremely professional, and communication was easy via WhatsApp. Definitely recommend this once in a lifetime experience.

The guides are sweet, knowledgeable, and bilingual (in case you were wondering)! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My girl booked two tours with them, nevado de Toluca and Valle de bravo, they cancelled both the tours, without letting us know about it, we had to ask several times if the tours would go on, just for them to cancel them at the last minute, in 2019 we also booked a tour to nevado de Toluca and they did the same than, should’ve known better !!, we also had to send several messages to get our money back, do not book with this company, very unprofessional !!!

They offered to change it to a different tour that I couldn't make - or a refund. They insisted that they would refund me, but never did. I asked multiple times and I've now requested at least 4 times for a refund and have gotten nothing...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made the trip with a friend, but neither of us will travel with this agency again. The guide arrived late, the travelers were lost until that moment, even the bus driver knew anything because no one answered the phone calls he was doing, and after that we still waited a bit more although the website mentioned no tolerance on time. The transportation was ok but was not the one they asked for, however nothing can be done since the guide arrived late and it was to late to ask for a new bus. When we arrived our destination it felt like it was new for the guide as well, since she was asking for directions and more stuffs.
