Como es posible que llamas a la fábrica y no te saben dar informes exacto sobre los productos quería conocer a detalle las características de lo que venden y solo me envío fotos sin ningún tipo de caracteristicas me atendió uno de sus vendedores de nombre Pablo Navarro, aparte muy insistente en que le diera mi num de tel, lo cuál es molesto, me llamaron y no saben dar información..... ya que si se le esta preguntando es pq uno quiere hacer compra, me manda una lista de precios los cuales son mucho mas caros que comprarlos en el centro de Guadalajara, (lo primero q te preguntan es de donde eres, si eres de fuera de GDL malo pq creo q lo manejan de acuerdo a la Ciudad de donde llames) otra amiga llamo y le mandaron lista de precios diferente a la que me enviaron a mi, me pidieron un mínimo de compra de $5,000. para mayoreo y otras condiciones más, aparte que te surten el pedido en una semana y no puedes ir a la fabrica pq no tienen stock, siendo que en tiendas Richards comprando solo 3 pzas ya te dan precio mayoreo o mínimo $100. además que tienen otras y mejores marcas de línea de mucho mejor calidad y si haces compras significativas dan crédito. Otra cosa sus maquillajes sacan muchos granos pq son para cutis seco, deberían especificarlo y capacitar bien a su personal, exactamente esto era lo que yo quería saber, un día me atendió una disque promotora, de muy mal aspecto, sucia, atiende de malas y totalmente desmaquillada, pero si ella que trabaja ahí no usa ningún producto es por alguna mala señal, (¿no se supone que venden cosméticos?), he visto vendedoras de otras marcas y se nota que trabajan para marcas de cosméticos súper maquilladas y muy guapas, con vestimenta limpia, así uno si se anima a comprarles, por eso yo no los recomiendo para nada.
