La guía nutricional que me hicieron es personalizada a la comida que me gusta, la que no me gusta, mi actividad física y mis horarios de comida.
Cada cita me cambiaron la guía para que no me aburriera y darle más diversidad, según como voy generando mis resultados.
No utilizan medicamentos, ni suplementos, todo es con puro plan alimenticio.
Los recomiendo enormemente. Las semanas que estaba muy ocupada me facilitaban la vida haciendo la cita en línea.

The service is super good and the guys are super friendly and cute. The nutritionist is a mega patient and answered all my questions from day 1.
The nutritional guide they made for me is personalized to the food I like, the one I don't like, my physical activity and my meal times.
Each appointment changed the guide so that I would not get bored and give it more diversity, depending on how I generate my results.
They do not use medications or supplements, everything is with a pure food plan.
I highly recommend them. The weeks that I was very busy made my life easier by making the appointment online.
