Love going here. For 250 pesos you get a lounge chair access to pool , which is always clean, and 200 of those 250 pesos is applied to food and drink. The food is always good.

Very nice beach club, restaurant. We were impressed with the food. Prices were good. Beach is very pretty. Only downside was all the seagrass but perhaps it is due to the time of year. Either way the water felt great!

This place is a scam. The only waitress on duty today told me the cost of renting a Cabana was 1200 pesos with a returnable 800 pesos deposit. I confirmed this with her a few times and she repeated this. When I went to get my deposit back she said there was no deposit and I needed to order food and drink. I complained to a few other people she brought me to and they all said the same thing. So to repeat, this place is a scam for renting the cabanas.

Stephanie, our server/hostess is amazing. She made sure that we had a great time when we visited in Feb, 2022. We are back in Mexico and will pay her another visit tomorrow. Can't wait!!

Great location, beachfront but hotel is rundown. If location is everything to you it’s 5 stars but if quality is important then they get 3 stars. This beach club hotel is not very far from downtown but it isn’t where google shows you. Our room was spacious and relatively clean but it was super run down. We had an ocean view but the view included the top of their massage room that had junk. We had only one chair on the balcony and it was broken. The bathroom need major renovations. There’s only one little mirror in the room and it’s by the restroom sink. There isn’t any space on that sink to lay out any products to do hair or makeup. The bathroom hardware is rusted and decaying. The towels were torn and had stains on them. Walls were dirty in the restroom. This place has potential but hotel needs to invest a little in renovations and new towels. The beach area was clean but the cushions on the beach chairs were torn and tattered. The staff was friendly.

We’ve been enjoying Beach Club Ojo de Aqua for years and have loved every moment we spend here. The service is phenomenal, ask for Stephanie or Lahlo, they will take good care of you. The food and drinks are very good and you really can’t beat the $125 Pesos per person day pass, especially since they give you back $100 back in food and ? drink ?

Any restaurant on the beach usually has a great vibe and view as does this restaurant. However we went to get beach seating and all they had left where 2 seats that where super worn out and gross so we declined and sat up in the restaurant instead. The food is great but arrive can be kinda slow. It took a while for our food to arrive but it was delicious. Also the waiters need to be more attentive as we ordered chicken wings as a main and didnt notice that our appetizer had chicken wings as well. If our waiter took a second to point that out we would have not have gotten the chicken wings as a main. But over all it’s a good restaurant
