Good location!! Bad experience with transportation. I purchased trasportation,from your hotel Chinqila to cancun . You guys didn't told holbox shuttle!! I was wating for 1hr. You guys turn off your phones. We call holbox shuttel,office They took care of us.

Beautiful Hotel Right in the Beach! Checkin was easy and the Staff was helpful and courteous. The room is comfortable, clean, shower was hot. Get the Breakfast option, delicious! You are footsteps from the beach, so many places to eat, drink, shop within minutes of walking. Will definitely come back to this Hotel.

Very good lacation in Holbox, nice servers speaking English. Clean rooms, its simple place for sleep, no tv. Nice garden. They borrow towels for the beach. I recomend if U want just palce for sleep.

Stones throw from the ocean, hammocks out front, coffee drinks and food at the front bar. Great air conditioning and a clean room. We are travelling on a tight budget and the rooms were 50% off on booking so we splurged and do not regret it. Friendly and helpful staff!

I stayed in Holbox with my boyfriend just for 2 nights and we hoped to stay longer. We loved this place. Oscar was at the reception and he was very helpful and professional. He is happy to answer all your questions. The atmosphere it's very relaxed and perfect with the philosophy of holbox. They have paper glasses and at the restaurant we didn't see anything in Plastic. The rooms are simple, but clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was amazing!!! The position is perfect: right in front of the beach, middle way to punta mosquito and punta coco. We definitely recommend this place and we are happy to come back here!

I had recently come to Holbox for the first time this winter. The island was amazing, but what made the trip extra special was this gem of a hotel. The room itself is very basic; just a comfy bed and a bathroom. But all toiletries are supplied and you’re never in your room anyways! The entire staff was the friendliest group of people I ever met. Oscar was so sweet and willing to help out with anything you needed from towel rentals to arranging taxis to recommending the best sunset viewing spots. It was also by far the cleanest stay I have ever had in Mexico. Super diligent team when it comes to checking in and cleaning your rooms. We also got to start our days off with incredible breakfast right on the premises (the chilaquiles with red sauce is to die for). Overall best stay I’ve had in Mexico, great location, great people and as an added bonus their cat is pretty darn cute.

To be a two-star hotel, it's really good. I especially loved the breakfast. It's very centrally located. Right on the beginning of the main beach on the island. That also means quite some noise from the nightclub next door. If loud music is not an issue, I highly recommend this hotel.
