J	Janina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positiv: Für alle die eine Reise auf die Insel Holbox planen, bei Mandy & John seid ihr bestens aufgehoben! Unser Highlight war der tagliche Sonnenauf- und Untergang von dem Balkon aus sehen zu können und der direkte Zugang zum wunderschönen Strand. Frühstück kann man zwischen zwei Lokalen wählen (mexikanisch und französich), beide sehr lecker. Das Apartmant ist sehr geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt und wirklich sehr sauber, der höchste Standard auf unserer Mexico-Rundreise. Vielen Dank nochmal an den tollen Aufenthalt bei euch, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder ;))).
n	naelle Saint Jean on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super appartement choisir ceux à l étage pour la superbe vue sur la mer L accueil de john et mandy est très chaleureux et même en français !!! Petit déjeuner à prendre en extérieur dans deux endroits différents très bien. La propriété est situé ouest de l île et donc plus calme que dans le centre où à l est où les hôtels s alignent l un après l autre. Merci à tous les deux Nathalie Great apartment choose those upstairs for the superb sea view The welcome from John and Mandy is very warm and even in French!!! Breakfast to be taken outside in two different places very well. The property is located west of the island and therefore quieter than in the center or in the east where the hotels line up one after the other. Thank you both Natalie

A	Andrea R. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heaven on earth!! This is really a piece of paradise. The two hosts welcomed us very warmly and took very nice care of us during our stay. The location was perfect for us. It is quiet but the center is right next door. The rooms are big and clean. We had one on the upper floor with a balcony where we could enjoy the sunset. I would definitely come back!
P	Patricia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The room was huge and beautiful (especially the balcony), the room and grounds immaculate, and the hosts were very welcoming and knowledgeable - providing very honest information about the Island (restaurants, tours etc).. Negative: We were there for 2 nights. For a longer stay (whch we plan for the future) I would like ability to cook in the room. There is a fridge and coffee maker but no microwave or stove. This is in the information about the room so not a surprise..

If you love privacy and personal touch dont hesitate John and Mandy whose guesthouse it is are exelent hosts..

I believe the pictures don't do the room justice (we were in one of the sea view suites). I especially liked that it's a small place - by that I do not mean the rooms, but the number of rooms as I believe there's only 4 apartment style rooms. Location is also excellent, it is quiet enough yet within a few minutes walking you are right in the bustling center of Holbox town. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend!!. Negative: n/a.
