★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si quieres que te consigan un hotel para tu boda puedes contratarlas, pero fuera de eso al menos a nosotros nos dieron un pésimo servicio, se notaba desorganización entre el personal, cero profesionalismo, pésima atención con los invitados a la boda, incumplimiento de tiempos en los servicios, etc.
Básicamente tuvimos que estar todos el tiempo recordándoles y pidiéndoles el favor de hacer su trabajo.
Pésima experiencia.
No recomendamos estos servicios para nada.
Si algo bueno puedo decir es que al inicio fueron muy amables y nos ayudaron a conseguir el hotel,fuera de eso todo todo mal.
If you want them to get you a hotel for your wedding, you can hire them, but outside of that at least they gave us a terrible service, there was disorganization among the staff, zero professionalism, terrible attention with the wedding guests, failure to comply with times in services, etc.
Basically we had to spend all the time reminding them and asking them to please do their job.
Bad experience.
We do not recommend these services at all.
If I can say something good is that at the beginning they were very friendly and helped us to get the hotel, apart from that everything was wrong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pueden contratarlas para buscar hotel pero la atención no es buena en cuanto a planeación hablando , tuvimos muchísimos problemas con nuestros invitados pues no les atendían ni para cobrar y algunos proveedores nos quedaron mal por la falta de comunicación de la empresa con ellos ( hasta el día de hoy tengo temas con foto y video después de 2 meses ) entre otros detalles , no son malas personas simplemente creo que necesitan personal serio y con capacidad de servicio , me atrevo a opinar pues no quiero que otros novios pasen por ello ... me da lastima pues Gaby es linda persona pero no tuvimos una buena experiencia .
You can hire them to look for a hotel but the attention is not good in terms of planning speaking, we had a lot of problems with our guests because they did not even pay attention to them and some suppliers made us feel bad due to the company's lack of communication with them (until the day today I have issues with photo and video after 2 months ) among other details , they are not bad people I just think they need serious staff with service capacity , I dare to give an opinion because I do not want other boyfriends to go through it ... I It's a shame because Gaby is a nice person but we didn't have a good experience.
