Cuando eres cliente frecuente te agregan a WhatsApp y te mantienen informado de novedades en cuanto a llegada de mercancía, nuevos productos, descuentos y dinámicas de rifas. Si tienes un duda, les puedes preguntar por este medio y te revisan y comparten fotos y precios, si no tienen producto en una sucursal, buscan en otra y en ocasiones hasta la mandan traer para que pases por ella a tu sucursal más cercana. Van apuntando en un tarjet tus compras y te van haciendo descuentos según lo que hayas gastado con ellos. La atención es muy personalizada y cálida. Muy recomendado! ?
I love Beds & Gems, I go often. When you are a frequent customer, they add you to WhatsApp and keep you informed of news regarding the arrival of merchandise, new products, discounts and dynamics of raffles. If you have a question, you can ask them through this means and they review and share photos and prices, if they do not have a product in one branch, they look in another and sometimes they even send it to you to go through it to your nearest branch. They are writing down your purchases on a card and they are giving you discounts according to what you have spent with them. The attention is very personalized and warm. Highly recommended! ?
