★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El espacio está lindo, limpio y agradable a comparación de otras clínicas en Morelia pero la atención es muy mala, poco profesionales y no son nada amables. si trabajaran en su atención al cliente seguro sería una experiencia completa.
The space is nice, clean and pleasant compared to other clinics in Morelia but the care is very bad, unprofessional and they are not friendly at all. If they worked on their customer service, it would be a complete experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui para que me apoyaran retirándome las uñas acrílicas y me colocaran gelish pero ellas no lo saben hacer ya que me lastimaron horrible y me dañaron mucho las uñas, tengan mucho cuidado donde van, no por muy bien que se vea el lugar significa que trabajan bien, al menos yo creí eso y ahora me arrepiento mucho
I went for them to help me by removing my acrylic nails and putting gelish on me but they don't know how to do it since they hurt me horribly and they damaged my nails a lot, be very careful where you go, no matter how good the place looks, it doesn't mean that they work well , at least I believed that and now I regret it a lot

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio deja mucho que desear, especialmente cuando se dicen “la mejor opción”. Es muy tedioso hacer cita, en el mostrador están de malas, a cada rato pierden mis datos o los tienen mal y no siguen los protocolos contra COVID-19.
The service leaves a lot to be desired, especially when they say "the best option". It is very tedious to make an appointment, at the counter they are in bad shape, they lose my data every so often or they have it wrong and they do not follow the protocols against COVID-19.
