★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar que a pesar de que está sobre una avenida principal el acceso es muy peligroso y el filtro de seguridad no es nada eficiente. El inmueble ya está deteriorado, se ve que no tiene buen mantenimiento. Los lugares en el interior para estacionarse son escasos. Lo único bueno es su ubicación cerca de toda el área comercial.
