★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We made an appointment for both acrylic nails and pedicure. She did my nails yesterday and halfway through, she said she doesn’t have time to do my pedicure so she said she can do it at 11am the next day, which is on Christmas.
We verified are you sure you’re working on Christmas? She said yes. We came over at 11. Texted her, called her. She never picked up and never got back with us.
How rude, we plan our day around to be here for a pedicure and she didn’t even have the courtesy to let us know she couldn’t do it.
