Al preguntar te dicen que el costo del manicure es de $200, te recomiendan el Gelish y te dicen que el costo es de $220. Me dirigi a pagar y por primera vez me entere que el total era $420 por persona. Cancelamos el manicure de la segunda persona, pero como ya le habian puesto guantes de plastico INSISTIAN EN COBRAR POR ALGO QUE NO SE HIZO. Quise ser conciliatoria y ofrecer algo simbolico por los guantes de plastico. La respuesta fueron amenazas no dignas de un puesto de mercado, mucho menos de un establecimiento en Polanco. Al final, nuestros policias capitalinos tuvieron que intervenir a mi favor para frenar sus intimidaciones. Baja la moral venir a la ciudad y saber que no puedes confiar en nadie, ni resolver las cosas con pura buena voluntad. Al final, nuestros policias capitalinos fueron quienes les explicaron que lo que habian hecho se podia interpretar como fraude y que era mejor resolver las cosas de manera amable. Grabe la conversacion y al salir note que habian puesto un cartel con precios sobre una silla (no estaba ahi antes), le tome foto. Ustedes cual pensarian que es el costo de un manicure? Por que no aceptar mi pago, unas disculpas y la cancelacion de un segundo manicure?
