You want healthy and beautiful hair, do not go to that place! I have always treated my hair well, with Kérastase and L'Oréal professional, I went to get a balayage job done. They completely discolored my hair, they left different shades, when I went to wash it for the first time at home it started to chop, to the point of not wanting to comb it because I was left without hair. I spoke to them and they told me that the solution was to re-shade or darken. It was not at all what I asked for from the beginning. I leave you a photo of how I was and how they left my hair. Better I decided to go with another professional and now they are treating my hair to see if I can recover it at least. I would never return and neither do I recommend.
