No les doy cinco estrellas porque para realizar este servicio se solicita que el cliente cierre los ojos y al terminar me di cuenta de que la muchacha que me atendió se quitó el cubrebocas mientras realizaba mi servicio; es decir, estuvo durante no sé cuánto tiempo platicando sin protección sobre mi cara y al terminar ni siquiera le importó y no hizo el más mínimo esfuerzo por volver a utilizar el cubrebocas. Tengan cuidado con el personal y exijan las medidas sanitarias adecuadas.

Pagué 1,100 por un servicio de botox del cual a los 2 días desapareció por completo.
Al comentarlo con las personas del lugar me dijeron que la garantía del tratamiento no aplica porque no adquirí el kit de cuidado con ellos… ¡Nunca me lo ofrecieron estando ahí!
Estoy molesta porque lo mínimo que esperaba es que el botox tuviera un efecto de brillo en mi cabello, sin embargo 2 días tuve un lacio baba que se esfumó al bañarme.
El resultado: cabello quemado, sin vida, frizz al 100%
Me recomendaron usar mascarillas porque está deshidratado… pero mi pregunta es
¿Porqué dicen que a la primera aplicación reducirá el frizz si no lo hacen en realidad?
No lo recomiendo.

Llegué puntualmente a mi cita y las estilistas estaban hasta el fondo del local platicando, después de 20 minutos me atendieron, la chica que me realizó el tratamiento fue cero amable no me sentí cómoda, pues me daba órdenes tipo: "Si bajas la cabeza" "si levantas la cara" en un tono de prepotencia. Creo que en ese aspecto deben trabajar mucho, pues el trato deja mucho pero mucho que desear, la aplicación del tratamiento fue demasiado rápido, sin embargo me parece que la publicidad es engañosa, si creen que el cabello les quedará como en los videos de su publicidad olvidenlo, te mencionan al terminar el tratamiento que se recomienda para tener el resultado deseado aplicar de nuevo la keratina un mes después, o sea si deseas un resultado tómalo en cuenta. Las publicaciones en sus páginas no mencionan esto, si bien es cierto que no es un alaciado permanente, creo que si esperas tener el resultado que prometen. Te ofrecen venderte el kit de cuidado por $280 pesos pero puedes conseguir productos de mejor calidad por ese precio. Me hubiera gustado tener una mejor experiencia pero creo que me realizaron el tratamiento a las prisas, en el fleco no me aplicaron bien el producto y me quemaron el fleco. No quedé satisfecha y no se si voy a invertir en aplicar el tratamiento dentro de un mes, pues no estoy segura de que tenga el resultado que muestran en su publicidad.
Puntos a destacar :
1.Sean amables, se les está pagando por un servicio, nada es gratis.
2. Respeten el tiempo de sus clientas, si sus políticas exigen puntualidad ustedes también apliquenlo
3. Eviten la publicidad engañosa

I would have liked to have had a better experience but I think they did the treatment in a hurry, they did not apply the product to my fringe properly and they burned my fringe.
