★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevan 4 dias que me llego un paquete erroneo que termine pagando, y el producto que solicite originalmente aun no lo envian, solo me mandan mensaje que me enviaran la guia y nada, tardan tantos dias en solicionar una situacion de la que ellos mismos son responsables. Les solicito devolucion del dinero y no contestan.
It's been 4 days that I got an erroneous package that I ended up paying, and the product that I originally requested still doesn't send it, they just send me a message that they will send me the guide and nothing, it takes so many days to request a situation for which they themselves are responsible . I ask for money back and they don't answer.
