★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar me gusta mucho, es agradable y son amables. El servicio de pedicura con gelly increíble, hasta que pasan a la aplicación de esmalte de uñas. El separadedos que usaron fue el mismo que usaron para otra clienta, que afortunadamente sus pies se veían sanos, sin embargo no exime que haya la posibilidad de contagio de cualquier hongo, virus o bacteria.
I really like the place, it is nice and they are friendly. The pedicure service with amazing gelly, until they move on to applying nail polish. The toe separator they used was the same one used for another client, who fortunately her feet looked healthy, however it does not exempt the possibility of contagion of any fungus, virus or bacteria.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui hace mucho, en agosto, era la primera vez y pedí servicio de gelish, solo eso… pues sin que yo lo solicitara me cortaron las cutículas, cosa que a mí nunca ha me gustado y jamás había hecho y es la fecha, 8 meses después, que no he podido hacer nada para solucionarlo y se me ve horrible, aparte de eso no volví xq el mismo día el gelish empezó a desgastarse.
I went a long time ago, in August, it was the first time and I asked for a gelish service, just that... well, without me requesting it, they cut my cuticles, something that I have never liked and had never done and that is the date, 8 months later, I haven't been able to do anything to fix it and it looks horrible, apart from that I didn't come back because the gelish started to wear out the same day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Había ido varias ocasiones cuando la dueña está ahí y todo funciona perfecto, sin embargo en esta ocasión la dueña no estaba. Reconozco que llegué 15 minutos tarde a la cita, la cual estaba agendada de 1 a 3, al llegar la encargada me dijo que ya no me podía atender porque llegué más de 10 minutos tarde y le había otorgado mi espacio a otra persona que no tenía cita y quien estaba esperando a otra persona para comenzar su servicio (es decir ni siquiera la estaban atendiendo). Entonces le pedí a la encargada que solo me hicieran retiro de gel (que toma 20 minutos) y se negó, dijo que tendría que esperar que terminara el servicio la otra persona (que no hizo cita) para ver si tenían un espacio. Al final la otra persona se retiro porque la persona a que esperaba no llegó y fue así que pude hacerme el retiro de gel que solicité después de pasar un muy mal rato discutiendo con la encargada. Por supuesto que no volveré ya que no solo iba a hacerme las uñas sino también a pasar un rato de relajación, ya que lugares de uñas hay muchos y lo que me gustaba de este lugar era la atención. Ojalá la dueña pueda cambiar a su encargada y sacar adelante su proyecto, ya que ella se esmera mucho.
I had gone several times when the owner is there and everything works perfectly, however this time the owner was not. I admit that I arrived 15 minutes late for the appointment, which was scheduled from 1 to 3, when I arrived the manager told me that she could no longer attend to me because I arrived more than 10 minutes late and had given my space to another person who did not have appointment and who was waiting for another person to start their service (that is, they were not even serving her). So I asked the manager to just make me remove the gel (which takes 20 minutes) and she refused, saying that I would have to wait for the other person (who did not make an appointment) to finish the service to see if they had a space. In the end, the other person left because the person I was waiting for didn't come and that's how I was able to get the gel removal I requested after spending a very bad time arguing with the person in charge. Of course I will not come back since I was not only going to get my nails done but also to spend some time relaxing, since there are many nail places and what I liked about this place was the attention. Hopefully the owner can change her manager and carry out her project, since she works very hard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio! El precio se me hizo algo caro para las uñas que pedí en un diseño sencillo. Fuera de ahí, el trato y servicio al cliente es excelente, un ambiente muy amable y atento. Ceci me atendió, muy amigable y linda hace muy buen trabajo en uñas acrílicas. Se preocupan por los detalles, te dan parches para los ojos y una bebida. Muy bonita la decoración e imagen, te toman fotos etc. Fui a la sucursal de Insurgentes, si lo recomiendo.
Excellent service! The price was a bit expensive for the nails that I ordered in a simple design. Outside of that, the treatment and customer service is excellent, a very friendly and attentive atmosphere. Ceci attended me, very friendly and pretty, she does a very good job on acrylic nails. They care about the details, they give you eye patches and a drink. Very nice decoration and image, they take pictures of you etc. I went to the Insurgentes branch, if I recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les di un diseño muy simple que no fueron capaces de lograr en 3 horas. La forma de las uñas está feisima Y NI SIQUIERA TIENEN EL MISMO LARGO. No volvería ni recomendaría, desperdicio de tiempo y dinero. Ahora tengo que pagar para que me las saquen
I gave them a very simple design that they were not able to achieve in 3 hours. The shape of the nails is ugly AND THEY ARE NOT EVEN THE SAME LENGTH. Would not go back or recommend, waste of time and money. Now I have to pay to have them removed
