We booked items only 2-3 days before our trip and had no issues. Someone reached out with a verbal confirmation the same day. Also no issues that we barely knew basic Spanish. Website can be translated on browser, and you can send messages on website in English. We worked with Pamela who messaged me using WhatsApp, and she coordinated delivery of our items with our Airbnb host before we even arrived. Delivery and pickup of baby gear to your door is a game changer! Save luggage fees and your sanity. Very reasonable rates and gear was high-quality, name brand and like new. Definitely cleaner than our own gear. Pack n play mattresses were nice and thick. Baby playpen was sturdy and easy to set up. I would rent stuff even just to try out a stroller.
