L	LER ER on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me siento molesta por que la atención fue mala, la comida estuvo muy rica y no tengo queja sobre eso, pero la persona que me atendió se le notaba la apatía incluso le comente que necesitaba facturar y es el día que no puedo facturar por que me marca erróneo mi numero de cuenta, intento comunicarme al teléfono de la pagina por que ya no me encuentro en orizaba y no tiene linea, de haber sabido la muy mala atención me ahorro comer en este establecimiento I feel annoyed because the attention was bad, the food was very tasty and I have no complaints about that, but the person who attended me showed apathy I even told him that I needed to check in and it is the day that I cannot check in because I am I wrongly dialed my account number, I try to contact the phone number on the page because I am no longer in orizaba and it does not have a line, having known the very bad attention I save myself from eating at this establishment

All very tasty and good service I just wish they were stricter with health protocols, handling money and food, and the use of face masks to bring my family with more confidence.

I do not recommend this food, at first glance you get carried away by how the garnishes look but they do not taste good, the burgers have a strange taste, the meat was raw and everything was draining, the guy who serves it does it in a bad way, it was Bad decision to come to eat here, I do not recommend it at all.

Te explican los platillos que tienen y que lo contienen, te dan aprobar.. espero regresar pronto Very rich food in the specialty of meats and cheeses ... Estábamos eligiendo y nos apresuro diciendo ¿a ver por fin que van a querer? por que al parecer pensó que solo pediría 1 platillo cuando pedí 3. Pésima atención del tipo. I placed my order with my family and the man who grills the meat treated us badly. We were choosing and we hurried by saying, let's finally see what they are going to want? because apparently he thought I would only order 1 dish when I asked for 3. Terrible attention from the guy.

Y luego se atrevió a hacerse de palabras con mi hermana y a decirles que entonces no compremos en ese lugar, que lastima que contraten a gente sin educación para atender en un lugar tan bonito como Plaza Valle.
