★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mucho cuidado al comprar en este negocio, necesita usted revisar bien lo que compra porque ellos no estan dispuestos a hacer devoluciones, adquirí unas mangueras para unos manómetros las cuales estoy consiente que no revise bien pero ellos tampoco me preguntaron para que las quería.
El problema está en que el producto se presentó para pedir una devolucion y me mencionaron que no podian hacerlo por políticas de la empresa, si ellos no tienen sus politicas a la vista y reglamentadas legalmente no pueden aplicarlas aparte yo no soy adivino y cómo puedo saber las políticas
les deje el producto sin obtener mi dinero de regreso y les mencione que buscaria una solucion y fue la siguiente
me fui a profeco y gracias a la ayuda de ellos fue como me hicieron la devolucion, OJO tdo cleinte tiene derecho a 5 dias para hacer una devolucion y esta tienda no lo respeta
yo no regreso por nada a este lugar por lo sucedido y a los que la visiten tengan cuidado de lo que adquieren porque devoluciones no hay ni en articulos que puedan aplicar para devolucion

I went to Propheco and thanks to their help it was how they made the return, EYE, all customers have the right to 5 days to make a return and this store does not respect it
I will not return to this place for anything because of what happened and those who visit it be careful of what they acquire because returns there are not even in articles that can apply for returns
