J	Jenn Rangel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me encanta el lugar pero la administradora (eso dice su playera) trata mal a los socios, tal vez es su forma de hablar pero no está bien, decidí cambiarme a otro aunque me quede más lejos ya que llegué al gimnasio con la necesidad de entrar al baño y ella me lo negó ya que la recepcionista estaba ocupada inscribiendo a dos personas y decidió que hasta que ella se desocupara me dejaría pasar a pesar de que le comenté que regresaría a dar mi número de socio pff... No fui la única a la que le dio de mal modo indicaciones, en fin... No todos entienden lo que es servicio al cliente I love the place but the administrator (that's what her shirt says) treats the members badly, maybe it's her way of speaking but it's not right, I decided to move to another even if I stayed further away since I arrived at the gym with the need to enter to the bathroom and she denied me since the receptionist was busy registering two people and decided that until she was free she would let me in even though I told her that I would return to give my membership number pff...
