★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace mas de un mes que compre un comedor en la sucursal de villahermosa, y hasta la fecha no me lo han entregado, y lo peor es que el telefono de la sucursal no sirve y la tienda esta cerrada. Me podrian proporcional algun telefono de otra tienda. Gracias

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compré una cantina, me la entregaron defectuosa el 11 - dic - 2014, con muchos defectos, el Sr. David Jimenez se comprometió a cambiármela el 30 de enero de 2015, le he llamado por teléfono y me dice que va a checar si hay en bodega, hoy 2 de febrero he tratado de comunicarme con él y no me contesta. ¿Seré muy inocente al creer que sí me la van a cambiar?
I bought a canteen, it was delivered to me defective on Dec 11, 2014, with many defects, Mr. David Jimenez promised to change it on January 30, 2015, I called him on the phone and he tells me that he will check if there is winery, today February 2 I tried to communicate with him and he doesn't answer me.
