Grecco and team are great realtors. They listened carefully to what we are looking for and found many reasonable options in a market with few options that meet our need. They approached owners of properties that weren’t even on the market. We ended up buying one of these properties that weren’t on the market. BejaranoRe helped us all along the way, working with our loan brokers to make sure all the paperwork was ready, and were very responsive to the time sensitive requests from our bank. BejaranoRe did a great job managing the relationship with the seller where we both felt respected and protected. The trust the seller and us had in BejaranoRe was essential, particularly since the seller had to work with our bank because of our bank loan, and bank loans are rarely used in Valladolid real estate.
