My experience with Bejuco Hotel was awful - this place is completely unethical, unresponsive and unreliable. Don't risk booking your stay here. First, they would not answer my email or phone calls leading up to my arrival. Instead, they insisted I use WhatsApp to text message the one guy who seems to manage the entire property. Over text, he tried to charge me 4 times the amount they advertised online to arrange an airport shuttle to the hotel - an outrageous price, double that of other local shuttle services. Then he stopped answering my texts completely and canceled my reservation just 2 days before my trip. Unable to find new accommodations on such short notice, I had to cancel my entire trip. This was a level of fraud and exploitation I have never before experienced as a traveler. Do yourself a favor and stay away from these pirates.

Most delicious meal. In Aldea Zama and in Tulum. You can not go wrong with anything on the menu. Mushroom pasta, tomahawk steak. Bring your big boy pants. Angel and his staff are wonderful!!! Yummy.

I stumbled across Bejuco after a mix up with my reservation at another hotel. What a fabulous mix-up! I highly recommend this establishment. Great staff, wonderful food and the ambiance combined with the location are stellar. Money and time well spent in my book!

Overpriced. Smelly old and small. This is not a hotel. There is no reception nothing. No one to give you any information. We arrived before check in hours. There was no such urgency or anything to make sure we get our room early. I understand hotels have check in hours but most hotels would try to accommodate you as soon as they can. There is no such thing as hospitality at all in this place. Nowhere to put you bags. The guy who runs the “hotel” came later than 3pm and start check us in. Asked me for y credit card again. I said I already paid 475$ USD on expedia he still charged me 150$ more now my bank is going on arbitration to get y money back. Seriously this ruined my last day in Tulum. Yes the pictures are cute but don’t stay here. Maybe get a drink but you don’t need to stay here this is an overpriced place. There are better boutique hotels around with so much to offer. Check reviews always before you book anything. That was my mistake but lesson learned from now on. Don’t let pictures deceive you. I put a picture of the room I don’t have pictures of the horrible bathroom. It’s makes noise at night the sink and the shower has no place to put your shampoo or anything. Very uncomfortable. It didn’t have outlets either. It was so bad!

Amazing place with lovely staff. We took some day trips but always where looking forward to go back to that little paradise called ‘Bejuco’ Food was overall good, breakfast is included. Some rooms are a little small for the price, but then the 30 sec walk to the beach makes up for that. If you don’t stay here definitely come by for a drink and lounge in one of the tipis or hammocks.

This place is just finishing it's decorating and reception area and it's absolutely stunning. Centrally located, with a beautiful beach, restaurant and deck. The staff is very friendly letting us check in super early and check out late. There isn't a prettier spot on the beach during the evenings. I highly recommend as a romantic destination.

My family and I absolutely LOVED staying here and would totally stay again. However if you are looking for an all inclusive "American" standard resort with the most modern amenities at your fingertips then this is not the place for you (and you should probably just stay in Cancun or Puerto Vallarta). This boutique hotel has a indoor/outdoor feel and is rustic so you get to enjoy the awesome tropical environment and the ocean. Their "lobby" is literally walking into the beach with palm trees and sand and a view of the ocean. The owner/manager usually just checks you in right at the restaurant area. The property has a ton of outside areas to sit and not get full sun exposure with these amazing wicker-like teepees and chairs or you can get your fill of sun down at the beach. The food at the hotel is fantastic or you can try any number of other places just on the little strip around the hotel. We literally did not have a bad meal (however, if you dislike seafood then you are missing out but then i guess you can eat meat the whole time and that was amazing too). There is an ice cream place across the street or you can get get a cold coconut water nearby too. Again, if you want a boutique rustic experience then this place is for you. If you want a 5 star palatial hotel room with a marble bathroom - then stay somewhere else.

We were in tulum and ate here at least once a week. Imaginative creative Italian cuisine, and their vegan menu is UNBELIEVABLE- I'm talking cacao infused tortellini ?. Incredibly good. To the other reviewer that said this place was over priced, it's not, it's a fine dining restaurant. If you want $2 tacos you can find that on every street corner in Tulum, I think it's a little ridiculous to expect a fine dining experience for minimal cost. This is really something special and worth the money. Amazing ambiance, amazing food, amazing service.
