Zero problem solving, poor organization, cold and raw food, dirty glasses, decor, and alcohol promise a lot and deliver nothing. The alcohol at the wedding disc ended at 9:00 pm and there was too much left. I do not recommend it in the ABSOLUTE, be careful. The wedding planner doesn't even attend your event, she hires substitutes who don't know what they're doing.

-The cocktail furniture did not arrive. (people stopped all the cocktail aimlessly) -The cocktail bar arrived VERY late. -I bought 100 slippers they distributed 20 (later I found out that they gave them to another girlfriend two weekends later ... the girlfriend contacted me because it was also fatal for her and talking we realized that) -they put 30 chairs in the ceremony ... I asked for 150. -the track they left me bald .. I asked for an arrangement around / above the track they did not put anything. -the centerpieces were nothing like what they promised / proposed. -Dinner was not what I ordered ... and the hard and raw asparagus was bad. -The cochinita tortillas arrived ICED like out of an ice chest. -all glasses dirty. -They lack a table and we had to put tables together so that people could fit. -the wedding planner never made it to the event (schedule like 3 events per night and send substitutes who don't really give for work) -I never paid attention to me in the wedding process ... I had a lot of work according to this. I struggled a lot to have a minute of his attention, this was almost reaching the wedding when a love hired her. -I include myself in the contract bouquets for my ladies ... we agreed that better botoniers and only 2 bouquets for my sister and sister-in-law (literal boy to enter the courtship) did not make them. - He promises you a thousand "courtesies" that do not come ... I owe a little launch room, the basket with things for the women's bathroom among a thousand other things. do not believe in the courtesies, better to hire it separately. -He served dinner at almost 10 pm .... it was agreed an hour before (the entire wedding was delayed and they did not give me the times with the photographers) I do not have photos of the bouquet, the league and all that ... -he told us that he was going to label us the track as a gift ... he had asked for it in wood, the track didn't displease me, I thanked him for the gift ... it was FATAL full of bubbles, you could see the division between each little square they pasted to make it look like "marble". positive things ... my bouquet was very beautiful, even though I had to split it in three for my sister and sister-in-law for the courtship ... ps. thanks to my incredible family and friends, it was a wedding full of love and congratulations and I enjoyed the best day of my life to the fullest. Despite everything and every one of the mistakes on the part of Michelle Casares and the Bela Event Planning team.

Very bad service, the wedding planner did not go to the wedding. The complete furniture did not arrive. They served food that was not, in the demadrugados menu, chilaquiles and cakes were hired, only the cakes were frozen and very bad. Extraordinary decoration was promised ... they left much to be desired with what they delivered. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. . They are very good at talking and making the client fall in love, they don't deliver what they promise.

I want to congratulate Michelle for the great job she did at my wedding last weekend and above all super recommend her services, from the moment we began to define until the day my big day took place, her attention was 10, I couldn't choose a better supplier than her, the dream flower arrangements, my spectacular runway, the wedding table, ornaments etc, every detail was extremely beautiful, something that I still want to recommend is its cocktail bar !!! Especially the watermelon mojito, the ginssss !!! I hired her to organize my wedding on November 27, 2021 in Yaxcopoil, and the wedding planner had a terrible organization. The wedding went well as my family and the other vendors were supportive but they were incredibly poorly organized. The WP told me that he had a family emergency that day, but that does not excuse the absences they had. Terrible organization and they did not fulfill many basic promises that they made such as cocktail bars, stands to receive guests, chairs for the ceremony (the guests were standing at the ceremony), cocktail area with decoration, meals on time, decoration backs for take photos, present gifts to the procession before the ceremony, print readings and vows for the ceremony, receive guests, etc. In all this they failed and I feel that they were basic things to be done that even with the lack of a person due to a family emergency, a good organization would have been achieved. I spoke with another girlfriend and she tells me that she went through the same thing with them, so I would be cautious about going with them. I hired her to decorate my wedding on November 13, 2021 ... and what can I say, HE MADE MAGIC .... The place was beautiful ... the spectacular decoration ... all the guests asking who had done that. .... Outside of that ... it was more than just decoration ... the attention given throughout the process. Helping and solving doubts and problems that were occurring and that had nothing to do with what had been contracted Despite always being busy making time to be able to support us in what will be needed ... so it was my second wedding planner. Very grateful for all the work done and for how spectacular everything was ... THANK YOU for fulfilling what you promised me and MAAAS !!!!
