Excellent and very cordial treatment of all the staff specially miss Sandy the general manager of Holiday Inn. Everything's awesome clean, the beds so comfortable, the pillows are not stinky. This is my favorite place to stay with my family and friends. Thank you for your excellent service.

No high speed internet. Very very poorly lit up. They say they are cutting costs due to covid. Do not expect this from a Crowne Plaza hotel !!! Can't stay in a place without high speed internet everything shut down, poorly lit up....its like a ghost hotel !!!

I've been continually impressed by the level of service since my arrival. The hotel is not perfectly new, but it is well maintained. The gym has plenty of equipment. The restaurants and bar are actually worth visiting. All the rooms seem to include a jacuzzi style bath. Complimentary bottled water and a few other refreshments are a nice touch. Curiously, shampoo and conditioner are not standard room amenities, but I always bring my own so that isn't a big deal. Overall, this is one of the better hotels I've stayed at this year.

The rooms are ok. It seems strange the room has a computer in it? Much of the furnishings are older. The staff is very friendly and the room service and restaurants are great. Outside of an update, which is currently taking place, this hotel is a great value and located in an area of the city that offers many options within walking distance.

Very nice and comt hotel. I'm not into the decoration style, it's kind of old but the staff were very helpful and nice. The room is very comfortable. The breakfast was not that good but service was excellent.

I can’t understand how a hotel of this size can’t figure out internet access to rooms. Fire IT team who set up or hold whoever okayed not having sufficient access points. Could hardly check email on my work trip

The hotel doesn’t do AC maintenance, it’s a mess. This hotel is an old building and the AC system doesn’t work, neither in standard rooms or executive rooms. I have to come to CDMX every six months and last year I booked a standard room and had issues, they changed my room and again the AC didn’t work. This year I decided to take the executive room and the same thing happens. I asked to change the room and I got another executive room with the same issue. I set the AC at 8 am in 68 F and when I returned at night my room was in 78 F. It’s ridiculous. I’m leaving tomorrow.
