★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención al cliente es pésima, que ganas de caer mal y no vender, compré una bicicleta en línea, y al recibirla me querían cobran 250 pesos por el armado de la misma sin siquiera notificarme, el colmo es que jamás contestan el teléfono y el servicio al cliente en el aparador parece más bien que te hicieran un favor.
The customer service is terrible, you want to fall ill and not sell, I bought a bicycle online, and when they received it they wanted me to charge 250 pesos for the assembly of it without even notifying me, the last straw is that they never answer the phone and the Customer service on the sideboard seems more like they did you a favor.
