★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les doy 4 estrellas por su personal, que trabajan muy bien y sin muy amables.
El tema es con la marca belfort, ya que se tardaron mucho en entregar la bici 75 días o más, después a los 10 días presento problemas la suspensión delantera y belfort tardó 1 mes en resolver el tema.
Lástima por las personas que trabajan con belfort que los hacen quedar mal.
I give them 4 stars for their staff, who work very well and without being very friendly.
The issue is with the belfort brand, since it took a long time to deliver the bike 75 days or more, then after 10 days I presented problems with the front suspension and belfort took 1 month to resolve the issue.

Las personas que ahí trabajan son muy amables.
Venden de todo, desde una cámara para la llanta de tu bici, ya sea rodada 24, 26, 27.5, 29 o 700; hasta la bici completa. Transmisiones, refacciones, llantas, rines, aros, porta ánforas, puños, pedales, tornillos y de todo.
También dan servicios de mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo, de suspensión, de dirección, en fin, es una verdadera tienda bicicletera.
En cuanto a las bicis, manejan financiamientos o meses sin intereses con tu tarjeta bancaria.
Excelente tienda, precios competitivos, pero lo mejor de todo es la atención que te dan.

The people who work there are very friendly.

They also provide preventive, corrective, suspension and steering maintenance services, in short, it is a true bicycle shop.
As for the bikes, they handle financing or months without interest with your bank card.
Excellent store, competitive prices, but the best of all is the attention they give you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compré una bicicleta que a los 4 dias se le cayó el pedal derecho, desde que la compré estaba con el pedal algo suelto, entiendo lo que me explicó el vendedor, que hay que cambiar pedales porque es nueva, pero si es nueva los pedales duran más de 4 dias, no la estoy comprando de segunda en un tianguis, la lleve a reparación ahí mismo y salio peor, el manubrio flojo, los frenos igual flojos, el pedal se quedo igual de flojo, sali de la tienda y tuve que maniobrar para llegar a un taller de bicicletas que me quedó al paso para que realmente la ajusten bien. Voy de nuevo para ver si me la arreglan bien o mejor busco otra tienda realmente seria en su venta y reparación de bicicletas.
No se hacen responsables, son groseros y solo te quieren sacar dinero a lo menso, no recomiendo este lugar para nada, revisen los comentarios de este lugar antes de comprar lo que sea.
I bought a bicycle that after 4 days the right pedal fell off, since I bought it the pedal was somewhat loose, I understand what the seller explained to me, that you have to change the pedals because it is new, but if it is new the pedals last more than 4 days, I'm not buying it second-hand at a flea market, I took it for repair right there and it turned out worse, the handlebars were loose, the brakes were just as loose, the pedal was just as loose, I left the store and had to maneuver to get to a bike shop that was right there for me to really get it adjusted. I'm going again to see if they fix it for me or better yet, I'm looking for another shop that's really serious about selling and repairing bicycles.
They are not responsible, they are rude and they only want to take money from you at least, I do not recommend this place at all, check the comments of this place before buying anything.
