★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala experiencia no vuelvo , me hicieron un efecto de color dejándome tres colores en mi cabello negro cobrizo y amarillo , lamentablemente no vivo en esa ciudad , aparte mal servicio al cliente ya que mande mensaje para mostrarles los resultados ya con luz y solo se limitaron a pedirme el teléfono diciendo que me habían marcado y no fue así , reiteró que por no vivir ahí no esperaba una solución ahí mismo ya que tenía que regresar a casa , pero si esperaba una recomendación y servicio al cliente algo a lo mejor un shampoo diferente al que les compré por recomendación o un tinte casero algo me siento muy mal con los resultados si bien traía un color obscuro ellas mismas me ofrecieron resultados en color chocolate no amarillos tricolor , durante mi proceso de decoloración me decían que decoloro muy bien más de lo esperado así que mis resultados serían mejor pero no no fue asi ,nada que ver con el amarillo rubio de la parte de los lados con el negro cobrizo de la parte de atrás ?
Bad experience I will not return, they made me a color effect leaving me three colors in my black coppery and yellow hair, unfortunately I do not live in that city, apart from bad customer service since I sent a message to show them the results already with light and they only limited themselves to asking me for the phone number saying that they had called me and it was not like that, he reiterated that because he did not live there he did not expect a solution right there since he had to return home, but if he expected a recommendation and customer service something maybe a different shampoo that I bought them on their recommendation or a homemade dye something I feel very bad about the results even though it brought a dark color they themselves offered me results in chocolate color not tricolor yellows, during my bleaching process they told me that I bleach very well more than expected so my results would be better but it wasn't, nothing to do with the blond yellow on the sides with the coppery black on the back ?
