★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adquirir certificados de regalo en Belladerm es un problema en la primera ocasión tuve un problema que se resolvió pero en la segunda ocasión fue muy mal servicio ya que por error perdí el certificado y hablé por teléfono y cada vez hablaba me daban excusa diferente primero que no apareció el registro. Segundo, que el certificado tenía sólo dos meses de vigencia lo cual no me comentaron en el momento de adquirirlo y tampoco estaba especificado a lo cual las chicas de Belladerm comentaron que a todos los clientes se les especifica lo cual no sucedió. Realmente no me interesa perder el certificado pero fue un regalo para mi hermana que es cliente frecuente y con lo sucedido no regresará y tampoco los recomendará. Es realmente desalentador que empresas campechanas no les interese conservar a clientes frecuentes
Acquiring gift certificates in Belladerm is a problem on the first occasion I had a problem that was solved but on the second occasion it was very bad service since I mistakenly lost the certificate and spoke on the phone and each time they spoke they gave me a different excuse first than not the record appeared. Second, that the certificate was only valid for two months, which they did not tell me at the time of purchase, and it was also not specified, to which the Belladerm girls commented that all clients are specified which did not happen. I'm not really interested in losing the certificate but it was a gift for my sister who is a frequent customer and with what happened she will not return and she will not recommend them either. It is really discouraging that friendly companies are not interested in keeping frequent customers
