★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pesar de que acudas por un tratamiento o promo específico, te terminan agregando más costo vendiéndote cosas que se supone ya incluye o que dicen que necesitas pero no parecen aplicarte.
Siempre tienen mucha gente, por lo que la atención no es buena.
Prometen que pueden hacer algo con tu cabello y termina siendo otra cosa lo que resulta.
No tienen estacionamiento y sus productos no son buenos.
Fui por un balayage y terminé con el cabello gris y azul en las puntas.
Despite the fact that you go for a specific treatment or promo, they end up adding more cost to you by selling you things that are supposed to already include or that they say you need but do not seem to apply to you.
They always have a lot of people, so the attention is not good.
They promise they can do something with your hair and it ends up being something else.
They don't have parking and their products are not good.
I went for a balayage and ended up with gray and blue hair on the ends.

Mi cita fue 11:15 y son las 14:44 y aún no salgo de aquí y todo por un tinte.
Es la peor experiencia que he vivido en cuestión de salones. La verdad los chicos se ve que atienden muy bien. Desafortunadamente a mi me tocó una chica en sucursal Misterios y atiende como a 6 al mismo tiempo. No se da a basto y por lo tanto atiende a medias.
Aunque tengas cita, hay muchas esperando ser atendidas.
NO LO RECOMIENDO y si es que lo hacen, tengan MUCHA PACIENCIA.

My appointment was 11:15 am and it is 2:44 pm and I still haven't left here and all because of a tint.
It is the worst experience I have had in terms of salons. The truth is that the boys are very good at attending. Unfortunately I had a girl at the Mysteries branch and she attends about 6 at the same time. It is not given to coarse and therefore it attends half.
Even if you have an appointment, there are many waiting to be seen.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT and if you do, be VERY PATIENT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para las equivocadas en opinar de tintes: “Bella Essenza” es una clínica de cirugía estética, NO de tintes y/o color. Supongo que uds quieren opinar de “Bella Essenza ESTUDIO” donde veo que (según la siguiente liga que aparece en Google) ahí si pintan el cabello. Fíjense bien en la liga donde dejan sus comentarios, pueden afectar otro establecimiento que yo como clienta si tiene MUY buena atención!. “Bella Essenza” además de cirugía estética con el buen Dr. Salathiel, también tiene masajes relajantes, depilación con luz pulsada, cavitación, carboxiterapia, entre otros servicios buenísimos de belleza. NO ponen tintes! Excelente lugar y atención! Saludos al Dr. Salathiel y su excelente equipo Nelly, Eli y Ale!
For those who are wrong in giving an opinion about dyes: “Bella Essenza” is a cosmetic surgery clinic, NOT about dyes and/or color. I guess you want to comment on "Bella Essenza ESTUDIO" where I see that (according to the following link that appears in Google) there they do paint the hair. Take a good look at the link where you leave your comments, they can affect another establishment than me as a client if you have VERY good service! "Bella Essenza" in addition to cosmetic surgery with the good Dr. Salathiel, also has relaxing massages, hair removal with pulsed light, cavitation, carboxytherapy, among other great beauty services.
