★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, las que atienden se creen dueñas de la tienda y nada amables, uno llega dando buenas tardes ni responden se acercan a ti y ni preguntan "¿que busca, la ayudo, le doy algo para la compra?" Nada solo parecieran "policias" con cada movimiento como si quisiera robar... muy mal no lo recomiendo, que clase de dueños contratan sin capacitar o hablar de atención al cliente.
Terrible service, those who attend think they own the store and are not friendly at all, one arrives giving a good afternoon and they do not respond, they approach you and they do not ask "what are you looking for, will I help you, will I give you something to buy?" Nothing just look like "policemen" with each movement as if he wanted to steal ... very badly I do not recommend it, what kind of owners hire without training or talking about customer service.

Siempre compré ahí pero esta fue mi ultima compra, ayer compré un tinte y lo quise cambiar por la misma marca pero otro color HOY y con mi nota y con el tinte sin abrir y no me valieron mi compra, me dijeron, NO SÉ PUEDE!
Les invito a visitar empresas más en favor del cliente que de sus absurdas políticas en época de pandemia.
Terrible customer service!
I always bought there but this was my last purchase, yesterday I bought a dye and I wanted to change it for the same brand but another color TODAY and with my note and with the dye unopened and they were not worth my purchase, they told me, I DON'T KNOW YOU CAN!
I invite you to visit companies more in favor of the client than of their absurd policies in times of pandemic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deben actualizar el horario que aparece aquí. He venido 2 veces guiándome por este horario y lo he conseguido cerrado. Realmente abren a las 10 am y cierran a las 7pm ( muy en punto) un día llegué a las 6:58 y ya estaba cerrado.
El lugar se ve bien surtido desde afuera pero no he podido comprar lo que necesito.
They must update the schedule that appears here. I have come 2 times guiding me through this schedule and I have gotten it closed. They actually open at 10am and close at 7pm (very sharp) one day I arrived at 6:58 and it was already closed.
The place looks well stocked from the outside but I haven't been able to buy what I need.
