Buen lugar, los que venden se ve que saben y conocen los productos, los cuales son muy buenos. Lo que no me gustó es en la insistencia de los vendedores en que uno compre, si el cliente dice que no, sólo unos productos, sólo es eso pero noooo y carb mal, bueno en lo personal eso a mí no me gusta.

Me encantaron los pigmentos! Un tipo de maquillaje bastante versátil que se puede utilizar en cualquier tipo de ocasión, como pintauñas, labial, delineador, sombras con brillo, con mate, como rubor! Simplemente fantástico. También probe un tratamiento para el peeling que me está regenerando bastante bien la piel de la cara en la que tenía una cicatriz. Lo recomiendo sobretodo por la calidad del producto, el servicio es excelente siempre dispuesto a ayudar y a asesorarte.

Es una trampa de turistas, te venden cosméticos de pésima calidad a precios altos, pero solo es cosa de ignorarlos.

Aunque los productos me parecieron excelentes y precisamente lo que estaba buscando, en realidad no me animé a comprar porque las tácticas de ventas de la mujer que me atendió me parecieron muy agresivas, era demasiado enérgica e insistente. Sé que es en bien de procurar una atención personalizada, pero ella vio que me estaba incomodando su insistencia y el contacto constante que hacía y seguía insistiendo.

I dropped by with friends and we ended up trying some samples and buying some products, which entitled us to come back for a makeup session, which was great. Tania and the other staff who helped here were lovely. They strike just the right balance of being fun but also very professional. Their advice was really helpful and I'm really impressed so far with the mineral mask, serum and cleanser. The mineral makeup was really high quality too. More than anything else, I like their positive vibes. There are several other makeup shops on 5th Avenue offering similar services but they try to get your attention by saying something negative like they have something for your puffy eyes/lines/bad skin etc (and who wants to hear that when you're on holiday???!!) However, the Bellapierre staff aren't like that. Instead, they focus on the positives, and show you things that will enhance and improve your appearance in a constructive, warm and kind way. Tania in particular was fantastic, but also the super friendly guy in charge of the mineral makeup was brilliant too. We were treated like princesses and they spent a lot of time on making us feel valued, without being too pushy on sales. Thanks very much, todos! :)

The eyeshadow looks nice but I don’t recommend buying foundation here. The sales guy does not how to color match and after trying the makeup on in daylight it was 3 shades too dark. Also my fault for buying makeup in a dimly lit shop. Their foundation also does not spread well compared to other mineral foundations I’ve used.
