Fue muy molesto ver q mi hermana q venia conmigo tuviera q pedirles q nos ayudaran a encontrarlo. Pesima atención, sé muy poco sobre el maquillaje y me duele ver q la gente te juzga por eso, ese es su trabajo. Otras señoritas que me han atendido son amables, por desgracia ya no entrare a su tienda si llego a ver a las mismas señoritas atendiendo, evitare que me vuelvan a tratar así. 2 workers to which I approached to ask for makeup that I did not find I was left watching "as if it was delayed or what was asked was a joke? Se miraban unas a otras (2 de ellas) que sin más mi hermana vio los mostradores para encontrar el maquillaje ya q ninguna de digno a apoyarnos, sabemos muy poco de maquillajr y sus caras lo decian todo, que triste y que molesto por q tuve q pedirles q se dignaran a ayudarnos cuando ya me vieron molesta y estaba a punto de irme a otra tienda. Si las veo atendiendo a esas 2 tengan en cuenta que no entrare, capaciten a sus empleados para mejorar el trato al cliente. L	Llum Micale on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabo de mudarme a Merida por lo que no conozco esta tienda, buscando en el mapa por cosméticos veo esta tienda y leo los reviews antes de ir, pensé “no puede ser tan malo” pero lo que dicen en los reviews es cierto la atención al cliente es muy mala, fui a otra bellisima porque obviamente no compre nada en esta tienda y paso igual, pregunte por algo y la chica si me miro como retrazada ? Al menos yo no comprare donde me traten mal y así como yo habrá muchas que piensen igual. I just moved to Merida so I don't know this store, looking on the map for cosmetics I see this store and read the reviews before going, I thought "it can't be that bad" but what they say in the reviews is true the attention to The customer is very bad, I went to another beautiful one because obviously I did not buy anything in this store and it happened the same, I asked for something and the girl did look at me as delayed ? At least I will not buy where they treat me badly and just like me there will be many who think the same.
