★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, cuando estaba viendo los artículos las trabajadoras no me dejaban de ver de mala manera y cuando una amiga que me acompañaba salió de la tienda, comenzaron a contar los artículos del estante en donde estaba antes, te tratan como ladrón, esto no tiene sentido ya que mi amiga estaba parada enfrente de la tienda, si realmente.ubiera tomado algo no estaría esperando enfrente como si nada, no tengo problema con que traten de asegurarse de que no se lleven nada pero deberían de hacerlo de forma más discreta y no tacharte de ladrón en el momento que entras a la tienda.
Deberían de capacitar a sus trabajadoras en servicio a clientes.
La forma en la que tratan a las personas que no entran en su imagen de clientes o personas de bien me dice que su actitud deriva de prejuicios y discriminación.

They should train their workers in customer service.
The way they treat people who do not fit into their image as clients or good people tells me that their attitude stems from prejudice and discrimination.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las personas que atienden esta tienda te tratan como si fueras un ladrón cuando nada más estás viendo que comprar. Después de esta experiencia, decidí dejar los productos que pensaba comprar y mejor me fui de ahí. Aparte te ven con unas miradas como si fueras la escoria del universo. Muy mal servicio y muy mala actitud de parte de las trabajadoras.
The people who run this store treat you as if you were a thief when you are only looking to buy. After this experience, I decided to leave the products I was thinking of buying and I better left there. Besides they see you with a few glances as if you were the scum of the universe. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca me sentí más estafada, cuando recién me llegaron los productos, noté que tenían mal olor, a cosmético viejo, horrible, mis sombras se veían swacheadas y UN LABIAL VENÍA USADO, se nota cañón que lo usaron y luego intentaron calentarlo con un encendedor para que no se notara. Horrible experiencia, NO COMPREN EN LÍNEA.
I never felt more cheated, when the products first arrived, I noticed that they had a bad smell, like old, horrible cosmetic, my shadows looked swagged and ONE LIPSTICK WAS USED, it shows a cannon that they used it and then tried to heat it with a lighter to not to be noticed. Horrible experience, DO NOT BUY ONLINE.
