Pancita Huipulco nace de un sueño y amor por la comida mexicana en el año de 1968 dando lugar al mejor sazón de Huipulco, Tlalpan.
Empezó en una cochera y en la banqueta donde se vendía solamente pancita, conforme fue pasando el tiempo fue arraigándose en el gusto de las familias mexicanas que lo conocían y donde se daban cita los señores del batallón de policía para degustar un delicioso desayuno.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy rico, de las mejores panchitas que he probado. Recomendable ampliamente. Con estacionamiento y valet. Fuimos un poco más tarde de la hora pico y fuimos atendidos muy bien.
 Very rich, one of the best panchitas I have ever tasted. Widely recommended. With parking and valet. We went a little later than rush hour and we were taken care of very well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La comida es rica. Pero la atención es muy mala. Te tardan mucho en atender. No hay control de la atención de las mesas. Tardan en tomarte la orden y en traerla. Si se te apetece otra bebida u otra cosa. Te tardan más. Y tienes que andar casando a los meseros para poder hacer tu petición. Son muy distraídos.
The food is delicious. But the attention is very bad. They take a long time to respond. There is no control of the attention of the tables. They take time to take your order and bring it. If you fancy another drink or something else. They take you longer. And you have to go marrying the waiters to be able to make your request. They are very distracted.

Good service, the pancita is tasty and they have everything, the tortillas are small and fragile (they could do them by hand), the pot coffee is watery, in general it is good but it lacks something to be memorable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We enjoyed the food, however the service wasn't great. We were a party of seven and the waiter did not write anything down when taking our order - I had a feeling this would result in incorrect orders. My suspicion was correct and orders were incorrect and we had to continuously remind the waiter to bring all all the food we initially ordered. The food is great, but the service needs to be addressed for any higher rating.
