Our stay at the Beloved has been made so special by the service we have received at the beach. Christian and his team at Beach Concierge really went above and beyond to help us get the cabana that we reserved many months ago. When cabanas were overbooked he made sure we had enough chairs so our large group could sit together and have a great time! Such a great work ethic and fantastic customer service skills! Also Eduardo has provided such excellent service as well. He is so attentive with great drink ideas, constantly checking in to make sure we had everything we needed and has gone above and beyond to make our stay amazing.

What a beautiful dinner at El Mar! The food is delicious. I especially loved the ceviche, largest serving of octopus I've ever seen, and the delicious lobster. Dining in front of the ocean, with the breeze, a fantastic view of the full moon, and live music felt like a dream. The service is impeccable as expected for the Beloved. Osiris is so sweet, she asked brought out our favorite desserts off the menu. And our server Jose is fantastic as well. The whole team took such good care of us. I can't wait until we can come back again!

The service was absolutely amazing!! I wish I could give it 10 stars but I’m limited to 5. From the lobby, beach concierge (especially the beach concierge), and all the servers…they were absolutely amazing. I came here with my wife for our honeymoon and we could have not chosen a much better place to spend a week at with all the drinks and amazing food. Everything is all-inclusive and the workers are so nice and accommodating. I can’t wait to come back next year with another couple and spend an amazing time on the beach. We HIGHLY recommend the Beloved resort. I can’t stress enough how amazing the service was during our stay. We are 1000% coming back to this specific resort.

The service, amenities and food was amazing!! We had a beautiful suite right by the ocean with a private pool. A balcony with a table chairs and a bed so we can take a nap after a afternoon swim. The beach service was excellent Claudia, Antonio, Luis and Alex took very good care of us. Making sure we had clean towels and drinks and if we’re feeling hungry . Just a thing to remember, there are cabanas on the beach but need to be reserved way ahead of time! Yes there is a fee. The restaurant were all So delicious! Our favourite spot for breakfast was El Mar just by the ocean early morning the water is calm and the service outstanding. It’s just perfect The hostess Illiana was always so pleasant and want to please . I wish you a great experience like we did at this beautiful resort ?

After 2 years of having to cancel, due to Covid, we finally got here, and it was worth the wait! The resort grounds are lovely and.situated on a beautiful beach. Our suite is very comfortable, with loads of storage and a massive wrap around deck with multiple sitting areas, a plunge pool and a stunning view. The staff here are what makes this resort so special. Everyone, from the beach staff to the restaurant staff and the entire team here make you feel welcome and extremely well looked after. We would not hesitate to come here again.

This property is a dream, everything is so beautiful and relaxing. The food is phenomenal. By far the best part though is the staff. Service by all staff has been amazing, they are all so nice and willing to help with anything, even special requests. Never a sign of disappointment from the staff with vacationers requests. Would come back in a heartbeat. Christian at the beach concierge has been so unbelievably kind, if you get a beach cabana, request him!! The entire property is constantly being cleaned and not even a dead leaf on the ground.

The beach service was amazing. They did everything to make the time relaxing and fun. Christian even brought sun gel for a sunburn and offered to reschedule a spa appointment so I wasn’t uncomfortable. He did it all for us without ever having to leave the beach. Such great details to service! Veronica made the day so fun. Food was incredible. We love this place! This kind of service is above and beyond anything we’ve experienced in other resorts.

Blissfully peaceful and relaxing. Luis, Antonio, Alex , Angel especially have been very friendly and attentive, but all the staff is so welcoming and warm. Christian the beach concierge is a total gem and incredibly good at his job- makes every guest feel important and cared for. We loved the peaceful vibe of the resort. We’ve been to several AI resorts of this level and the food here is the best we’ve had- so flavorful! We enjoyed the bike tour, the hydrotherapy, the catamaran and evening entertainment. Loved our standard room with its wide deck and comfortable bed. Our one suggestion is the decor- we found it a bit bland- could use a bit more style and color- maybe bring in the gorgeous blue of the pools or the sea?
