★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una de las peores notarías de Neza, la recepción está sucia, había varias cucarachas (y no hablo de los abogados). Al entrar lo primero que perciben tus ojos es un cuadro de Alex Lora, o sea, si me gusta el Rock, ¿Pero un cuadro del buen Lora? Fuí a cotizar el costo de escrituración, la chica de recepción me atiende y me dice que me pasa con un Licenciado para que me atienda, pasan 25 minutos y me dice, dice el abogado que si te atiende pero debes traer copias de la sentencia y boletas de predial y agua, le respondí que sí las llevaba conmigo, pero después pensándolo no me pudo decir eso desde el principio, si no hubiera llevado la documentación la espera abría sido en vano.
Una vez que la recepcionista le dijo al Licenciado que sí llevaba los documentos me pasaron a una pequeña sala (más sucia que la anterior) y la espera fue de 30 minutos, cuándo entro el licenciado que me atendió yo ya había olvidado el motivo por el cual estaba ahí.
Si tienes pensado ir a una notaría no elijas la 96, si piensas que por fea es barata, te equivocas, es fea y cara además al estar ahí escuche a varios abogados preguntar por sus trámites y sólo les daban peros, que ODAPAS de Ecatepec es lento, que el Licenciado que lleva su escritura no ha venido...
Salí corriendo de ahí.
