The beluga experience is somewhat similar to what is lived in the other restaurants of the Alme group. (Azia, madalena) However, I consider that beluga is the best of these and it is the one that they are betting on the most since the place is very well decorated and the attention to detail of each thing is quite noticeable. Apart from the fact that the restaurant has capacity for 300 people (it's huge) The service is impeccable, everything you order arrives quickly, if you finish something it disappears instantly, they help you sit down etc. However, it is irritating that they try to sell you and sell everything, it sounds like they have already recorded offering you something a little more expensive, this is already common in this type of restaurant but I consider that it does bother them that they interrupted the conversation with my partner constantly to offer us more and more things. As for the food, it was good, nothing to write home about. Perhaps if I had ordered the dishes for more than fifteen hundred pesos that they were recommending to me, it would have blown my mind, but in this case I am satisfied. The price of waiting is expensive, but it is really what you are going to spend in any other place of its type, it may be that a little more. I get a good experience, I put 4 stars for the service that is so pushy and insistent.

The restaurant is new... it has an incredible decoration that makes you feel that you are not in Monterrey. The service 10 out of 10 we arrived and we were served by 5 people, I think it is one of the restaurants that I have been to with the best service in Monterrey. The food, delicious, we loved the dishes we ordered, the drinks were also very tasty! I do recommend the restaurant.
