E	Engenheiras de Saia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fechamos um passeio de carro em Cozumel com eles, porém, em Cozumel comecei a passar mal e desistimos do passeio, no ticket que adquirimos dizia que teríamos 50% do valor devolvido em caso de desistência, fomos até a CP Rentals que era responsável pelo carro (NUNCA ALUGUE NADA COM ELES) e o senhor que nos recebeu pegou nosso ticket, disse que precisava ver com a Beme por que eles que haviam vendido e no final disse que não teria devolução e se negou a devolver nosso ticket, nos deu uma cópia onde não constava a possibilidade de devolução. Voltamos para Playa fé l Carmen, voltamos a Beme e aí eles devolveram a responsabilidade para a locadora do carro, dizendo que eles eram os patrões e que sem o ticket original nada podia ser feito. Enfim, agiram de má fé e não se comprometeram com o que foi combinado com o cliente. Não faço passeios com eles e muito menos com a CP Rentals nunca mais!!! We closed a car tour in Cozumel with them, however, in Cozumel I started to feel sick and gave up on the tour, in the ticket we purchased said that we would have 50% of the amount returned in case of withdrawal, we went to CP Rentals who was responsible for the car (NEVER RENT ANYTHING WITH THEM) and the gentleman who received us took our ticket, said he needed to see with Beme why they had sold it and at the end said he would not have a refund and refused to return our ticket, gave us a copy where there was no possibility of return. We went back to Playa Fé l Carmen, we went back to Beme and then they returned the responsibility to the car rental company, saying that they were the bosses and that without the original ticket nothing could be done. Anyway, they acted in bad faith and did not commit to what was agreed with the client. I do not do tours with them and much less with CP Rentals never again !!!

Once on the boat the guide only spoke Spanish and didn't actually go to the reef! No explanation as to why. Waste of a day and rude staff. AVOID AT ALL COST!

Everything seemed fine and I booked a 2 tank diving tour for Monday (It was Saturday). I was supposed to meat with the dive master named Ramon on one of the piers. Coming there the other dive instructors tell me that there is no tour today by Ramon and that there aren’t any tours on any day on the times Victor told me. (He let me choose from 10, 11, or 12 am and there are only tours at 7:00 and 2:00 pm) So I had to pay a part in advance and didn’t get anything. This store is a scam don’t go there
l	leticia vega on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked a snorkeling tour ($770 pesos per adult), included: 1. Ferry from Playa del Carmen to Cozumel. The snorkeling activity was at 2:00pm, we walk around conzumel while waiting. 2. Ride boat to snorkeling area. 3. Equipment for snorkeling (Google mask, breathing tube, lifejacket). You keep the breathing tube. 4. Water, margarita/paloma. These were at the end of the trip. 5. English and Spanish speaker 6. Price was super affordable compare to other vendors. I am giving 4 starts because: 1. It was a little difficult to get on the boat, the distance between the port to the boat is a little far, you need to jump or do a big step. I saw kids and older people get on the boat, so is not so difficult. 2. The drinks are at the end of the trip. 3. It was advertised as glass boat bottom, but it was not. Summary: We all agreed it was worth it, the price was good, and we all got to see great beautiful fish and swimming on blue clear ocean water.

We rented a car and explored all the different beaches (Punta Sur is a must for anyone with inquisitive kids...). I even lost my proof of payment for the rental and Mattia made sure everything worked out smoothly and without delay... I'm sure in other instances I would've been paying for that car twice. Thank you!

My husband and I paid USD100 for a Blue Wrangler Jeep to be collected at Cozumel Island for a day's use. We were given a beat up Chevrolet that was not worth even USD20! Be Me tours should be shut down!!!
