★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio de la sucursal condesa es excelente, pero esta sucursal muy mala atención, fui a que me ajustaran mis lentes nuevos y me ayudaron de mala gana, ademas de que no quedaron bien ,tendré que ir a otra sucursal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio en Antenas es horrible. Llegué un par de minutos después de la cita. De nuevo solo un par de minutos después. La tienda vacía y se negaron a recibirme y ni si quiera ofrecieron re agendar.
The service at Antenas is horrible. I arrived a couple of minutes after the appointment. Again just a couple of minutes later. The store was empty and they refused to receive me and didn't even offer to reschedule.

Desde la página web, agendar una cita para evaluación, la atención de sus colaboradores en el templo, excelentes medidas de desinfección, los nombres de los lentes, el templo con una decoración muy linda, los precios de los lentes, la evaluación muy precisa, la entrega de los lentes, te avisan por SMS y vía correo cuando tus lentes ya están en el templo, el estuche y la decoración super bonito. Realmente es una experiencia distinta a cualquier óptica que haya conocido. Muy recomendable ?
