El técnico muy bien pero pésimo que no haya accesibilidad para PCD, a veces cuando la arquitectura del local “no puede” tener rampa, solucionan con rampitas portátiles pero no ofrecen nada de accesibilidad, tampoco en los consultorios. Ojo ahí

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La óptica tiene un ambiente agradable y los vendedores fueron súper amables, sin embargo la optometrista que me atendió no fue muy amable y se veía que quería terminar lo más rápido posible, por las mismas prisas yo supongo colocó mal mi graduación en la receta aparte de que nunca me quiso decir cuanto tenía o cuanto había aumentado, lo noté hasta que vi la orden ya en línea. Total que los lentes llegaron a mi domicilio con la graduación incorrecta, sin embargo, fui a la sucursal de Reforma 222 y me atendieron super bien, en un par de días tenía de nuevo mis lentes ahora si con la graduación correcta.
El armazón se ve de buena calidad y me gustó que con sus micas si lograron reducir el grosor de las mismas ya que tengo bastante graduación y regularmente parecen fondos de botella.
En general la atención es buena, solo que les recomendaría que lleguen con su receta ya hecha de la graduación, para evitarse desastres como el mio.

The frame looks of good quality and I liked that with its lenses they managed to reduce their thickness since I have enough graduation and they regularly look like bottle bottoms.
In general, the attention is good, only I would recommend that you arrive with your graduation recipe already made, to avoid disasters like mine.
