De verdad hay que rogar casi casi para que te atiendan, y cuando lo hacen lo hacen de muy mala gana. No puedo hablar por todas las personas que han ido pero si hablo por la experiencia que tuve recientemente. The brand is very good, however the customer service at the branch is terrible. You really have to beg almost almost to be treated, and when they do they do it very reluctantly. I cannot speak for all the people who have gone but I do speak for the experience I had recently.

I love the price, the attention and the product are quite good, I only had a problem when picking up but it was due to a small capture error, if it had not been for that my lenses would have received them after 3 days.
