★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un concepto muy cool, la dinámica de elección de lentes resulta innovadora y divertida, el concepto y diseño de el establecimiento es muy fresco y va mucho con las tendencias actuales, la atención presentada por los trabajadores es positiva, te resuelven tus dudas, a veces te hacen la plática, en mi experiencia personal fue la primera vez que elegía lentes y fue una experiencia grata, sobre todo al momento de realizar el examen de la vista puesto a que tenían un equipo de primera para dicha evaluación y la persona dentro de esa área fue de lo más cálida, paciente y atenta.
Además de que por obviedad los modelos de armazones son una chulada con "C" de Chido. ?✨
Very cool concept, dynamics choice of lenses is innovative and fun, the concept and design of the facility is very fresh and goes well with current trends, attention by workers is positive, you solve your doubts, sometimes they make the conversation, in my personal experience was the first time I chose lenses and it was a pleasant experience, especially at the time of the eye exam because they had a top team for the evaluation and the person within that area was most warm, patient and attentive.
Besides obvious that the frame models are chulada with "C" Chido. ?✨

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ya conocía la marca por otra ubicación y es bueno saber que en todos lados mantienen la misma calidad en cuanto a la atención y sus productos. Te resuelven dudas de manera excelente y el tiempo de espera para la entrega fue mucho menos de los diez días. ¡Totalmente recomendable!
I already knew the brand from another location and it is good to know that everywhere they maintain the same quality in terms of care and their products. They solve doubts in an excellent way and the waiting time for delivery was much less than ten days. Totally recommendable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima experiencia ayer fui a comprar unos lentes a angelopolis vi su tienda y entre, al parecer deberían contratar vendedores por que la tipa que estaba ahí solo era una despachadora que me siguió por toda la tienda sin decir una palabra y sin ganas, terminé comprando mis lentes en Liverpool, sus modelos son muy lindos me encantaron, pero decidí no comprarlos ahí por la actitud de la chica, fui al rededor de las 3 de la tarde y me gustaría levantar un reporte para que mejoren su atención.
PESIMO SERVICIO!!!
Bad experience yesterday I went to buy some glasses in Angelopolis I saw their store and between, apparently they should hire salespeople because the woman who was there was just a dispatcher who followed me throughout the store without saying a word and reluctantly, I ended up buying my glasses in Liverpool, their models are very beautiful I loved them, but I decided not to buy them there because of the attitude of the girl, I went around 3 in the afternoon and I would like to raise a report so that they improve their attention.
TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!

Desde el momento en que realice mi cita para el examen de la vista, cuando lo realice y recibí mis lentes, conté con la mejor atención del personal. Tenía mis reservas sobre la calidad del armazón pero son muy buenos y de gran diseño.

From the moment I made my eye exam appointment, when I did it and received my glasses, I had the best care from the staff. I had reservations about the quality of the frames but they are very good and of great design.

La atención en línea es buenísima y muy amena.
La tienda, aunque es pequeña, tiene un concepto muy fresco. La atención de los trabajadores de esta sucursal es muy agradable. Resuelven todas tus dudas de la mejor manera posible. Me parece genial que se adaptan a tu situación particular siempre. Mi primera vez comprando en B&F y seguro que no será la última.
Saying that B&F has super cool frames is a no-brainer by now but it's important to know. I highly recommend it.
The online service is great and very enjoyable.
The store, although small, has a very fresh concept. The attention of the workers of this branch is very pleasant. They solve all your doubts in the best possible way. I think it's great that they always adapt to your particular situation. My first time shopping at B&F and it sure won't be the last.
