★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a esta sucursal para atender un problema con la graduación de mis lentes que mandé a hacer en la sucursal de Satélite y debo decir que la atención tanto del vendedor como del optometrista fue excelente.
A pesar de llevarme la decepción de que la primera vez estuviera mal la graduación, se pudo arreglar muy rápido el problema ya que la atención al cliente tanto en línea como en ésta sucursal específicamente son muy buenas, le dieron seguimiento a mi caso hasta que tuve de nuevo los lentes en mis manos, ahora si con la graduación correcta.
Mi única queja es que la primera vez que me enviaron mis lentes el paquete venia con un paño para limpiarlos, stickers y un pin, lo lleve todo integro a la óptica por si había temas de la garantía y cuando me lo volvieron a mandar ya no traía las demás amenidades :c
De cualquier manera, lo importante es que los lentes llegaron correctos, el armazón se ve de buena calidad y con sus micas lograron reducir el grosor de las mismas, ya que como tengo mucho aumento suelen parecer fondos de botella.
I went to this branch to attend to a problem with the prescription of my glasses that I had done at the Satellite branch and I must say that the attention of both the salesperson and the optometrist was excellent.
Despite being disappointed that the graduation was wrong the first time, the problem could be fixed very quickly since the customer service both online and in this branch specifically are very good, they followed up on my case until I had glasses in my hands again, now with the correct graduation.
My only complaint is that the first time my lenses were sent to me, the package came with a cloth to clean them, stickers and a pin, I took everything to the optician in case there were warranty issues and when they sent it back to me, it was gone. I brought the other amenities :c
In any case, the important thing is that the lenses arrived correctly, the frame looks of good quality and with their lenses they managed to reduce their thickness, since as I have a lot of magnification they usually look like bottle bottoms.
